Non-Refundable Fees
No Refunds: Article Processing Charges (APC) are 100% non-refundable once a manuscript is accepted.
Paper Withdrawal: No refunds will be provided if an author withdraws their manuscript at any stage of the review or publishing process.
Exception (Duplicate Payments)
Technical Errors: Refunds are granted strictly for accidental duplicate transactions caused by technical glitches.
Processing: Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
